OZONE TEST:
 
TEST CONDITION:
(1). OZONE CONCENTRATION: 50pphm.
  (2). LASTING TIME: 72 HOURS.
  (3).TESTING TEMPERATURE: 40°C
  (4). ELONGATION: 20%
 
RESULT:
NO CRACKING VISABLE UNDER 10 TIMES MICROSCOPE.
2. RUBBER STRENGTH TEST:
 
TEST RESULT:
(1). ELONGATION RATE: 208%
  (2). FORCE OF EXTENSION: 30.47 Kg
    (REMARK: THE RAMDOM INSPECTION IS ACCORDING TO MIL-STD-105D STANDARD.)
3. LOW TEMPERATURE TEST:
 
TEST CONDITION:
(1). TEMPERATURE: -40°C
  (2). STRENTCH: 15%~20%
  (3). TIME: 24 HOURS.
 
RESULT:
NO CRACKING OR HARDNESS.
4. CORROSION TEST:
 
TEST CONDITION:
(1). SALT SPRAY ON WIPER FRAMES 96 HOURS.
  (2). SALT CONTENT: 40-60g/l.
  (3). PH: 6.5-7.2
  (4). SPRAYING AMOUNT: 1-2 ml/80c/h
 
RESULT:
NO RUSSTING.
5. DURABILITY TEST:
 
TEST CONDITION:
(1).ROOM TEMPERATURE
  (2). LOW FREQUENCY CYCLE FOR 200,000 CYCLES: 34 cycles/min.
  (3). HIGH FREQUENCY CYCLE FOR 300,000 CYCLES: 50cycles/min.
  (4). OPERATION: WET: Water on 5-1/2 min. DRY: Water off 1/2 min.
 
RESULT:
(1). EFFECTIVE WIPE 75% AFTER 500,000 CYCLES.
(2). REMAIN FUNCTIONAL AFTER 1,500,000 CYCLES.
6. WATER TRACE TEST:
 
TEST CONDITION:
(1). TEMPERATURE: ROOM TEMPERATURE.
  (2). LOW FREQUENCY CYCLE FOR 200,000 CYCLES:34 cycles/min.
  (3). HIGH FREQUENCY CYCLE FOR 300,000 CYCLES: 50 cycles/min.
(4). 500,000 CYCLES
 
RESULT:
(1). NO LOOSENESS & JUMPING.
(2). WATER TRACES: AFTER 500,000 CYCLES
